IT'S HAPPENING!

2026 marks 14 years together...YES 14!
Here's our story in our words...

CRAIG

Blessings!

It's wild to think how long ago it all began; nearly 15 years ago. That first link up at Brent Cross in 2010 was brief, but something about her stayed with me.

I couldn’t stop thinking about that moment, and for the year that followed, I found myself calling her “my wife” long before we had even had a proper conversation. I guess when you know, you know.

Fast forward to summer 2012, and fate gave us a second chance. She was back in London for the Olympics, and something just felt different, like the timing was right. I didn’t need to overthink it. We crossed paths again, and this time, things just naturally fell into place.

We were young..just 17; but something clicked. Even through time apart, different countries, and our own individual paths, we always found our way back to each other.

Since then, we’ve grown together. We’ve celebrated the wins, pushed through the losses, and building a life we’re both proud of. She’s been my constant, my calm, and my greatest joy.

And now, after all these years, I get to call her my wife.

The best chapter is just beginning.

Ok, my turn...

He is right, we met almost 15 years ago, which honestly blows my mind even saying that. My best friend and I were out shopping (he was school friends with her) and we just happened to be at the same place at the same time.  It was a very brief link up, not even 10 minutes, and I remember thinking ah he's a nice guy..

A year past since we briefly met and I was told by my best friend that Craig had been referring to me as his wife if I came up in conversation - honestly found it hilarious but also how sweet!

Summer of 2012, I spent in London working at the Olympics. Little did I know that this time round, we would meet again, again by complete chance through our mutual bestie, but this time round, something was different...different in the best way!

That summer onwards, its safe to say we were hooked. We went on to spending every possible moment together for the remainder of that year to then navigating a long distance relationship as he was off to university in South Africa. I then went to university in Portsmouth, did a semester abroad in China before finally being reunited back in the same country 3 years later.

Since then, its true, we have been inseparable. We have quite literally grown up to together - from 17 to now at 31!  He has been my constant for almost half my life. I have been through my highest of highs and lowest of lows with this man by my side, and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. Grateful for the man he is and grateful for the life we have built together.

It's safe to say that I absolutely cannot wait to become his wife, AKA MRS MUNTHALI, and start our forever adventure together.
